What the preorder is
You are buying a digital edition of a book that is still being written. On purchase you get immediate access to every chapter released so far and to the character conversations. You get each new chapter as it is released, and the complete digital edition when the book is finished, currently estimated for October 2026.
The release schedule
Chapters are released as they are written. The schedule can change at any time and without notice. Dates given on this site are estimates, not commitments. If the schedule changes and you would rather not wait, the Refund Policy applies.
Your access
Access is tied to your email address and is for you. You may not share your access link, sell your access, or give it to anyone else. Access links can be reissued to the same address at any time.
We may end access without a refund if it is being shared or resold.
The character conversations
The characters on this site are fictional. They are figures from the book, written for the book, and generated by software. They are not historical people, they do not speak for any religion or tradition, and nothing they say is a statement of fact, a religious ruling, or advice of any kind. Do not rely on anything they say.
Conversations are limited in length and number. We may pause, limit or remove any character at any time.

What you may not do
- Share, sell, republish or redistribute any part of the book, in any format
- Use the book or the site to train a machine learning model
- Attempt to reach content you have not paid for
- Attempt to make a character produce content outside the purpose described above
- Automate access to the site or the conversations
Free and review access
Free access is sometimes granted to reviewers, media and others. It carries the same terms, may have an expiry, and may be withdrawn at any time. It is not a purchase and is not refundable.
Who owns what
The book, its text, its illustrations and everything else on this site belong to and are copyright of Sherman Sall. Buying access does not transfer any ownership. Reviewers and journalists may quote briefly from the book with attribution, as is customary.
If something goes wrong
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of faults. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top shows when they last did. Changes do not apply retroactively to a purchase already made.

These terms are governed by the law of Texas.
